Print Your Party Invitations in Minutes!

Just follow these simple instructions:

1. Load blank heavyweight card stock or postcard stock into your printer.
(We recommend Avery Standard #8387 PostCards, or any pre-perforated 4.25" X 5.5" 4-Up Postcards on 8.5 X 11").

2. Click the link below to download your party Invitations in Adobe PDF format.
Please note: You must have the Adobe Acrobat Viewer to print this file. Don't have it? Download it here for free.

3. Print the Invitations in LANDSCAPE layout mode.

4. Flip the sheets over and print them again on the other side. FLIP THE SHEETS END-OVER-END LONG-WAYS when turning over (see diagram 1).

NOTE: When placing printed sheets in your printer for second pass, make sure the TOPS OF THE INVITATIONS FACING LEFT. Flipping your sheets end-over-end (see diagram 1) will ensure that they are facing correctly.

When you are done you will have fronts and backs properly aligned for trimming.

PRINT ONE SHEET FIRST, front and back, to make sure you understand the alignment. When you are confident, print the rest of your invitations the same way, flipping head-to-head when turning.

5. Write addresses in the space provided.

6. Place first class postage on each invitation and mail.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST RIGHT-CLICK and Download the File to your computer, then print.
Printing from the browser window will result in poor print quality.
