Student must present
their report card, with a Players' Report Card Rewards Certificate
to claim their rewards.

1. Earn $1.00 in Bonus Points for every REPORT CARD REWARD.
2. Earn $5.00 in Bonus Points for every BIRTHDAY PARTY booked when Report
Card Rewards are redeemed.
3. Whatever is earned during a FUNDRAISER at Players will be matched
for Bonus Points.
Bonus Points may be used for School Fun Nights, Special Award Parties,
